Virginia’s story started with her walking into the gym at college and ‘being terrified’ to use the great fitness space now available to her. But that fear didn’t stop her.

Instead she went on to form a strength training community with her fellow students, gained her Personal Training certification and started thinking about an app that could help more ladies feel confident in the gym.
