In this interview, we chat with Ashley Parks, Director of Special Needs Ministry. For Ashley, special needs ministry was never the goal, but after stumbling into a nonprofit position, she quickly fell in love with the community. For more than 15 years at Christ Church, she has cultivated a loving and supportive community for an often-overlooked group and their caretakers.
