Ken Mossman imagines a world in which all people are valued and experience a sense of belonging and wholeness.

An executive and leadership coach who’s specialized in working with men for two decades, Ken has an international clientele from a wide range of industries – from finance, academia, and tech, to entrepreneurship, medicine, and the arts.

With love, fun and a broad systems-focus, Ken helps with his clients expand their emotional literacy, fluency, and flexibility so they can lead with presence and heart. 

His leadership style is playful, intuitive, incisive, and joyously irreverent.

Ken writes regularly, hosts the “Mojo for the Modern Man” podcast, and leads cohorts of men through his intensive IAM (Integrated Adult Man) program several times a year.

When not working, he’s found playing one of his home-built guitars, baking, whipping up colorful, tasty meals for people he loves, or skiing unreasonably fast.  His favorite activity, though, is delighting in the wacky blessings and company of his family – his wife, Danielle, and son, Cai.  Ken lives in Wilton, New York.
