Being strong is not always a super power, being strong could also be what's killing us. 
I know trusting God is hard , but so is life. 

2 Corinthians 12:9 
And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.”
If we don't give God the opportunity to help how can we say we trust Him.

When I was about 25 years old, I heard someone say, “balance is one of the hardest things to obtain as humans”. Balancing work &amp; play, family and friends, a healthy lifestyle with necessary indulgences, and the integrity of who we are, as we encounter, and co create with others along our journey. 
I’ll share personal life experiences; talk about turning what seemed to be missteps of life into beautiful choreography. I’ll also share some tools, strategies and principles that I personally use to balance my being, and 𝒔𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒆 𝒎𝒚 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆. ⚖️
