For all my fellow educators who are feeling exhausted, this episode discusses one of the reasons why you may be feeling the way you do. The episode will address how schools can help teachers to combat this exhaustion while still getting results. We'll also address some of the reasons why there are so many different programs being implemented in schools and the effects of this.
