ONE month down, ELEVEN months to go! Whether you're feeling accomplished or unaccomplished, KEEP GOING! Transparent moment, this month, this YEAR has started off rough asf! But you know what, when I looked back at my "Work in Progress" planner, I realized that I've actually been working so hard this month! Sometimes we're so busy doing the behind the scenes work, the grunt work that we don't realize how much we're actually growing!

I'm encouraging each of the queens and kings who check into the show to purchase a calendar for themselves. Keep track of your progress, strive to be consistent but also show yourself some grace. It was through me looking back at my planner for the month of January that brightened my mood. While I may not have hit the year running in the way that I thought I was, I was completing foundational work and didn't realize it.

Pat yourself on the back, run yourself a bubble bath, head to a movie in the middle of the day, get a massage, do SOMETHING FOR YOURSELF! Reaffirm who you are in the mirror daily! And listen to "Queen Talks with Nerra"!
