  • everyone brings something, disability, research, and teamwork. with edden and eric

What happens when universities make room for the voices and experiences of people with disabilities? Research gains a whole new perspective!

On this episode of Getn Crazy with Crazy Wheelz, I sit down with Eric and Eden of Boston University to talk about disability inclusion, teamwork, and the value people with disabilities bring to university research. Eden shares her work writing blogs about Eric’s research and projects, and we explore how people with disabilities can contribute to everything from recruiting participants to writing information for research studies.

We also tackle common misconceptions about people with disabilities working with universities and hear what Eric and Eden have learned from each other along the way. It’s an honest conversation about respect, learning together, and making sure everyone’s contributions count.
