This week show is the Kansas City show we have Rod Gray of one of the winningest teams ever Pellet Envy.  We will talk to Rod about how he made the shift from just pitmaster to pitmaster and teacher and how he developed one of the best barbecue classes in the country.  We will also get Rod’s opinions on some hot button topics about bbq.
