This week Shane welcomes Brad Simmons chief flavor pimp of Lucky Dog BBQ and organizer of the Ky State BBQ Festival that takes place in Danville, Ky Sept 8-9.  Shane and Brad will talk about what it takes to organize a large scale event and how much planning goes into it.  In the second hour Shane hangs out with Andy Allen of Rooftop Barbecue they will talk about Andy’s line of products and how Andy started in barbecue.
