In this episode, Courtney introduces you to Kelsey Harrison, who is a registered yoga teacher and wilderness expert. She is originally from Ohio and currently resides in Charleston, South Carolina with her family where she teaches yoga, leads yoga trainings and runs her own business, Get Wild Retreats. We talk to Kelsey about how she came into yoga as a healing practice, her tenacity and eagerness to teach and her process of transition when deciding to start her own business. We also discussed the divine nature of our coming into motherhood and instilling trust in the universe (and ourselves), especially in the moments that may be challenging to find reason in.
