Lavinia Osbourne is a leader in the blockchain space thanks to her diversity and inclusion focused business Women in Blockchain Talks.

Having worked in finance, Lavinia pivoted her career after the 2008 financial crisis and started her own financial wellbeing consultancy and has since gone onto explore blockchain and its fascinating applications.

Lavinia has some amazing and progressive ideas for creating inclusion in the world of Web3, and always has a mix of genders represented on stage and in the audience at her events. She also succeeded in changing the law (!) after two of her NFTs were stolen.
