As an entirely virtual company, ADC strives to promote being active and bringing our employees together. The Summer Challenge initially started as a "Walk-to-Work" challenge by Co-founder, Dennis Najjar. Of course a tongue-in-cheek play on words for all of our home office crew. Incentives were given to those participating and there was an honor system done by logging mileage in an Excel spreadsheet.

Since then we have upgraded to the exciting Racery platform, sending our challenge around the world with unique routes and making activity tracking a breeze! Participation in the ADC Summer Challenge comes in various forms of activity, such as running, yard work, chasing the kids around, weight lifting, and more!
