Describe a “wilderness” type experience where you felt or you were far from God and what you learned from it about yourself and God: One of the basic bible study principles is always to prepare Scripture with Scripture to determine the validity of a principle or passage of Scripture. With that in mind read Exodus 2:11-25 and then read Acts 7:20-29. Write down as many insights as you can from the Acts passage that you would not have gleaned if you just read the Exodus passage: Read Exodus 2:23-25 and list the people’s attitudes and then list the 4 verbs that describe God’s response. Write down any principles or truths you can gather from these verses that would apply to your life today:
