If you've found yourself needing some time away from your partner, rest assured, you are craving a very normal experience.  It is healthy to want time to yourself; away from your partner and/or kids.  Some benefits to having time alone are the ability to self-assess, reflect, and balance emotions. We'll chat about other benefits of having time to yourself, how to ask for it in a loving and kind way, things to do on your alone time, and how to cope with being a partner who doesn't need as much alone time.  Reconnecting is a crucial part of closing the time spent apart, so be sure to listen through to the end.
