In this episode the Building Hotrodders shift gears a bit and take a dive into discussion about self improvement. To start off the episode, we travel back in time to outline the medieval guild and the role apprentices, journeymen, and masters played. Although dated, this reference fits the discussion very well regarding the roles an individual may play during their career and the importance of mentoring when you are a master of your trade. We also cover some simple steps that an induvial can take to help them succeed in our industry (and others) as well as covering some of our own personal strategies on continuous improvement. Overall, this was a very eye opening discussion for the Building Hotrodders and we hope it is for you as well!
