It's vitally important that women are supported to breastfeed their babies in a way that is easy and enjoyable. Emma McCabe, a breastfeeding counsellor in Brooklyn, New York, and Dr Pamela Douglas, a GP-lactation consultant and breastfeeding medicine specialist, discuss two very commonly unidentified causes of breastfeeding problems.
