Last year, during the pandemic, she left to take care of herself. Like so many, Kitt was dealing with a lot mentally during this time. I was so glad when she reached out a couple months ago to reconnect. We got together and chatted about where she'd been, what she'd been up to and some revelations she'd had.

This is one of the most open and real episodes I've ever done. I thank my friend for her openness on so many levels including mental health, being authentic and being kind.
