Judging other people is something we all do, instead let's get curious about WHY we are worried about or judging someone. Takeaway #2 today from Amy's podcast.

Judging. Comparison. Observing. We all do them. However, what if you learned how to make those things about us, and not about them. Meaning, instead of judging someone for what a terrible mom they are - what if you just kept walking. What if you just observed instead of judged. Notice what is happening, and then maybe take note of what you've seen. Decide if what you've seen is something that you want to implement as a mother, a wife, a friend, etc. If it is, great! You've got a new tool and something new to try. If not, great. You know what you don't think will work well in your life.

Julie B. Beck said, "Anti-Christ is anti-family." When you judge - others or yourselves - you become anti-Christ. As a divine infinite daughter of God, you always have worth and value. That will never, ever change. Learning to observe, or be curious about why you are judging someone or upset with them is a good place to start. Make sure you use that same tactic when you're looking in the mirror and thoughts are running ramped in your mind that have no business there.
