Is the need to be right worth fighting for? Is proving your point really necessary? Is it even possible? We need to pick our battles because sometimes the person we are dealing with is not ready to be accountable for their own wrong doing. Sometimes people may not see how they may have offended someone. 

Please listen as I share an incident that recently happened in my work place and how I realized that this was a battle I should not continue arguing.
