Wonderful!
Just what I wanted for Christmas - a trip to Sapphire Falls!
Granted, if Santa had fully fulfilled my Christmas list, it would have been about Hailey & Ty... or Tucker and whoever. Cuz I have a major crush on Tucker and I'm super curious about Hailey getting her HEA.
But, no real complaints because this novella was wonderful. First of all, I feel hesitant calling it a novella, because it's definitely a full story and way longer than what I usually think of as a novella. Levi is Joe's brother and just as delicious, charming and earnest as Joe. Kate is sweet, smart, and completely independent, but also needs something out of life that she's missing. One case of mistaken identities (which is handled SO well and believably!) and suddenly Levi is helping her find that thing that she's missing and she's showing Levi that he's not the cold, black soul that he thinks he is.
It's poor-little-rich-boy meets poor-little-rich-girl in Sapphire Falls, and they find out what having a normal Christmas with love and warmth and Christmas spirit all around is like. This isn't just a romance book, it's a heart-warming, giggle-inducing, happy dance Christmas story that makes me want to run home, grab my hubby and find a fire place to cuddle in front of while we play with some candy canes (since this book gave me some really fantastic ideas...). It's sexy, it's sweet, and I honestly can't say enough good things about it.
