There are two types of churches: pastor-centered churches and people-centered churches. The difference is people-centered churches are not satisfied with people being spectators. People want to get in the game. People-centered churches recognize that each individual has the capacity to make a vital impact in the Kingdom of God. They choose to invest in the church, help others grow, and cultivate humility.
