Russ Miller, Branch Manager of New American Funding, actually grew up in the business of mortgage by learning from his Dad who was in the business. Russ had the opportunity to learn so much at an early age because his mentor in the business just happened to be his Dad. He gives us the behind the scenes details of what it is like getting started at young age in the big business of banking and mortgage. He also shares with us his educated opinion of what he sees happening in this challenging market in the near future.  Russ has grown his book of business by continuing to do the old fashion stuff by building life long relationships, and constantly evolving with the market to be able to offer the products and services that people need or want.  Russ has also figured out how to balance life to avoid burnout.
