Jill Rifkin talks about her work gathering, sometimes fixing, and distributing donated instruments through Vanguard, Inc., the volunteer organization that supports the Albany Symphony Orchestra. Jill will be at Crossgates Mall on Saturday, March 8th, 10:30 to 5, to collect donations of band or orchestra instruments (please, no pianos!).
