As you get older, you go through so many phases in life, shedding so many layers of yourself to finally be able to live authentically. Getting older teaches you so many things, but you also begin to unlearn so many things and habits. As you get older, your loved ones get older too. That's one of the most difficult things to watch. If I could give anything back to my loved ones it would be time. Growing up comes with a lot of pain and grief, which can be scary. But to me, death is sacred. It’s a transition between dimensions and a symbol of rebirth. As nature has its cycles, as do we. Death is not an ending, but a transition into another dimension. Adjusting teaches you to adapt and develop new skills.
