GCC takes reskilling very seriously- we realise that reskilling allows employers to maintain their workforce, while also putting employers in more useful positions that likewise benefit the company. After the pandemic, employees, or jobless casualties’ of Covid will still need work, and that work doesn't necessarily need to be in a different industry or company. People need to be thinking about how to expand their skill set. GCC wants to address the problem of finding new approaches to mobilizing our existing talent base.
