So many of you have reached out to me since last week’s episode and I truly appreciate all of you. I see you and your struggles and it was very brave and it meant a lot.

In this episode I’m going to flip the script a little bit towards my clients and how we work together to overcome the internal struggles when it comes to our own businesses and our own lives. I’m talking about money mindset, perfectionism, self-sabotage, and imposter syndrome, to name a few.

I’ll talk about 2 clients I have and the mindset issues they’ve been facing. One of them is always everyone else’s cheerleader, but doesn’t give her own business the same support. The other is having trouble going through the steps of Rock Solid Academy because she has outsourced everything in her business and doesn’t have the confidence to do it herself.

It all comes down to what excuses are you telling yourself? How are you getting in your own way? Journal through it and you will find some things about yourself you never knew before.
