Getting Over Myself

In this episode, I am briefly talking about being open to exercising a receiving mindset and not being a block and not remaining stagnant because subconsciously or consciously feeling not deserving whether it’s because you feel unworthy or you feel guilty for moving on and outgrowing your loved ones.

In this episode I briefly speak up about how hard it is to make life “look like” it’s easy. If you know what I’m talking about then you know!!! and I’m here to say GOOD JOB KEEP GOING!!! 🏆 💐

In this episode, I am briefly talking about LGBTQ awareness being that it is June. I tell a little story about myself my background what I used to believe what I believe now how and who encouraged me to open my mind and become more aware of LGBTQ rights and how we are all supposed to love one another no matter what our beliefs are there’s no room for bullying and hurting anyone over what they believe versus what you believe. I do believe people can change and we need to give each other a little more grace and understanding and speak to each other, not at each other.

In this episode, I am talking about Technology and innovation being a tool. Just like money is a tool. It is neither good nor bad. It is what you make it and it makes you more of who you already are.

In this short episode I am talking about going from no boundaries to having big gigantic brick wall boundaries to healing and having healthy boundaries.

in this episode I am briefly talking about kindness for weakness and passive behavior and encouraging you to be a little bit more assertive and demand respect because you deserve it!! Being passive and kind or not the same thing and when you’re passive and you know you’re a strong person you tend to give in to others for the sake of other people‘s peace and at the expense of your own. You can be both kind and assertive. Balance!!!

In this episode I am talking about encouragement, encouraging one another and how we shouldn’t have to be in church groups, mlms, sports teams or even pay a personal life coach or therapist. Although all of those things are awesome and great!!! We should encourage one another for free right?
