Matthew 26:69-75 . . . Everyone has some kind of guilt in their past. Peter was no exception. He did not believe it when Jesus told him that he would deny him three times before the cock crowed. But, when it did happen, Peter wept bitterly, remembering what Jesus had told him. We all have regrets we would like to erase. Satan is real and is determined to kill or destroy us in order to defeat our witness for Jesus Christ. But God was bigger than Peter’s past and He is bigger than ours.  He is bigger than all temptations.  Regardless of your past, put it behind you and witness for the Lord. Jesus is praying for you that your faith may not fail. When you repent you are not running AWAY from the Lord…but TO Him. Our God is truly an AWESOME God!
