Hailing from Murang’a County, Maragwa Constituency, Wangui, as a young child, always desired to be on TV. She practiced anchoring news in front of a mirror, envisioning her future career.

Though her journey was not always smooth, she recalls getting pregnant at a tender age. Despite this, she remained determined to pursue her dream of becoming a journalist.
