Natasa Zoubouridis and Sarah Riegelhuth In My Truth Podcast Episode - Showing up in relationships and being our authentic selves in relationships.
“I know how to keep a relationship together when I’m playing a role, but when I’m just me… I don’t know anymore.”

There's incredible personal freedom in truth, yet we spend so much of our lives showing up the way we think we ‘should’. The ways that will make our parents happy, our colleagues respect us, society at large accept us, and of course, the ways that will make us look good on Instagram and social media.
In My Truth is the antidote to the ‘shoulds’. Be a fly on the wall as my guests and I dive into into the stories and untruths our guests and host Sarah Riegelhuth are living with and working through, in real time.
Your host of the In My Truth podcast is Sarah Riegelhuth, and as she recently updated my Insta bio to read, she’s not one thing, but many. Professionally, Sarah runs Grow My Team and is one of the co-founders of The League of Extraordinary Women. But personally, she’s a lot more than that.
Last year, Sarah moved through a break down, a break up, and a career change. During this period, she had a strong calling to share what was really going on for her on her blog and social media. This resulted in a lot of people reaching out to have deep conversations, and Sarah started imagining what it could look like if other people could listen in on these conversations, and the healing that would come from that.
And so, on a pilgrimage from Vancouver to Colorado, this podcast In My Truth was born.
It feels healing and growing for Sarah, healing and growing for our guests, and hopefully healing and growing for you listening.
So, let’s dive in.

Welcome to this episode of In My Truth, where your host (serial entrepreneur and truth seeker) Sarah Riegelhuth is joined by her good friend Natasa Zoubouridis. Sarah and Natasa met in 2019 in Chicago and frequently engage in deep conversations, now they're going public! Be a fly on the wall for this episode where Sarah and Natasa get real about their relationships, and who they are and how they show up in them.
Natasa Zoubouridis is a television producer and owner of a Belgian Malinois named Wendy, and she also wishes she had a Post-It Note with the answer to the question, ‘Who are you and what do you do?’.
Natasa is currently wrangling with her untruth around relationships and dating. It’s something she has been struggling with for a long time without diving deep into: how we show up in our romantic relationships.
“This whole journey that I’ve been on while being single and trying to discover myself and move into a higher way of being, went right out the window.”
In so far as we can control the messaging we put out to the world, we want the messaging to be really us. So, what makes you not show up fully as yourself? And how scary is it when you actually do? Listen in as Sarah and Natasa have a conversation around the untruths they’re wrangling with on the In My Truth podcast.
In this episode, Sarah Riegelhuth and Natasa Zoubouridis explore showing up as our true selves and the fear of rejection of the true self, particularly in relationships. They also dive into their untruths and stories around:

Second-guessing yourself in relationships
Tempering the way you show up
The journey of being single
Discovering more about yourself
Offensive comedy and sensitivity
The rejection of your true self vs the rejection of an idea of you
