According to Webster, a manifesto is a written statement declaring publicly the intentions, motives, or views of its issuer. This can be done by an organization or an individual.

The development of an individual manifesto is infinitely more powerful and, if I may say so, more fun, when the creator has a listening space to speak into.

Today I talk about the importance of having a trusted listening space and the power that can be created for the benefit of the world with that opportunity.
