It was a great honour to talk to Eric Reynolds. He has a wisdom and compassion that I was really struck by. 

Eric was shot in the line of duty as a police officer. He suffered PTSD and weight gain and needed to find a way to help him get back to health again. Keto was the option that gave him the strength and clarity to make the difference in his life. I hope that this podcast does justice to such a great man.
