In this episode I re-cap the start to my own personal spiritual journey and how that tied into my practice today. I give advice and tips on how to start your own, what path should you follow, what tools do you need and how do you know if you are doing it right. I also shed light on my personal path and how I practice and what that does for me. I take a moment and also touch base on other paths of enlightenment and share information about them as well.
