Vision AND Systems HAVE to go together!  You need equal parts of both.

A vision without a task is but a dream.   A task without a vision is drudgery.  A vision and a task are the hope of the world.

  • If you have a vision, you must write it down – in your head doesn’t count.
  • Writing it down makes it plain – the process of writing out your vision creates clarity
  • Writing out your vision – enables You and empowers others.  It enables you to build a team of others who share your vision.  It empowers others to work on the same vision.
  • A vision that you can accomplish by yourself is Not big enough – a big vision requires the enthusiastic support and work of others
  • Writing it down leads to swift progress…  maybe you have felt stuck…
