Over the last decade, there has been significant public and private investment in major infrastructure in Sydney. From transport, health, education, water, and cultural, sporting and environmental infrastructure, these major projects have cleared the backlog, supported population growth, and delivered economic and social benefits to the community and the City. Critical to the success of these projects has been collaborations between State and Federal Government and partnerships between the public and private sector. As we turn to construction and development as a key driver for economic recovery and stability now is the time to learn from past projects and look to ways to accelerate and enhance delivery.
