Avoid - sorely disappointed

I mistook this for the famous David Allen Book, sorely disappointed. I would have given this a 0 star rating but you have to provide a rating.

I didn't find anything useful in this 30 minute chat about email signatures and sleep! Which is basically what this is I don't know how anyone can justify selling this - I want my money back!
