In this episode I had an inspiring and motivating converstation with Rico Sanchez. His story is one of change, hope and possibilites. He was raised in Chicago, in gangland culture from the start of his life. From very early on he suffered many intense exerpirnces, he share his transformation, how he is full of light and love, on a new path in life, one he could of never dreamed of only a couple years ago. I found Rico through a Tony Robbins event online, breakthrough 2022 in which Tony Robbins pulled Rico Sanchez out of the digital audience to share his story of transformation. It was so beautiful and touching that I had to get hold of him for the show. Im so pleased I got to hear more of his story and process, and I can't wait to share it with you. We touched on many subjects from prison, depression, suicide, violence and childhood trauma.
