Get to know your host, Ashley Lynch (AKA @Lymekhaleesi) as she shares some of her roots as raw, open, and honest as humanly possible. From growing up as a small town girl in New Boston, New Hampshire; to completing graduate school in Occupational Therapy at Columbia University in New York City, Ashley begins to open up about some of her scars (traumas, back surgeries, and more) that harness much of her strength. “I’m not sure where I’m going, but I sure as hell know where I’ve been, and it’s allowed me to be present in this moment now, as the woman I am today.”
