• Start every day by doing something that fuels you. Whether it's your morning coffee, a brisk walk or jog – figure out what kickstarts your day.

Content Creation for Agents in 2025

• Focus on creating video. Keep up your energy, and focus on making content that is actually useful for potential clients.
• Stick with it! Consistency is key – when you stay in the game long enough, you hit a tipping point and start gaining momentum.

How to Get Your Business Unstuck in 2025

• Part of being stuck is being in a mindset of waiting. To make sales happen, you have to get out there and make them happen.
• Look at your calendar – what were you doing during the times when you were most successful? Identify the motivating things you were doing or people you surrounded yourself with and bring some of those things back into your life to jumpstart your motivation.

Have Real Conversations With Your Clients

• As an agent, you should be serving people's needs. Check in with clients and see how they're doing, not to have a business conversation, but to see if there's a need you can help them meet.
• Run through your CRM and touch every single client you have ever had. Having that connection and conversation can really fill your bucket.
• Never lead with "are you looking to buy or sell?" This conversation is not about business. You're just keeping the lines of communication open!

Ways For Agents to Provide Support in 2025

• Connect with your clients using a video text that is personalized for them. Provide value, offer support, and let them know if there are important things coming from you soon (like tax statements).
