We are excited to add NEW segments to the Podcast this season! We will dive into affirmations with Morning C.O.F.F.E.E. ( y’all know I love a good cup of coffee!), we will journal with Dr. Lavette aka “Sista Docta” as she leads us through journal exercises that will feed your soul, and we will have DOPE conversations with DOPE women doing DOPE things!
