A lot of women (including mothers) between the ages of 35 and 55 seek life coaching because they feel stuck in a life that they don't feel very connected to and don't particularly like. They feel trapped but unsure of what is wrong or how to proceed forward in their life to find more happiness & more joy, fun or fulfillment.
Part of thriving as a woman in midlife involves exploring the boxes that we're in... whether we've been placed there by society or our family, or we ourselves have put ourselves inside of them a long time ago.
The box is a symbol but of course it can represent our work, our relationship, our family, our lifestyle, etc. Today in the podcast we are going to explore many different kinds of boxes we sometimes find ourselves in - both the ones that we actively choose, and the ones that we would honestly never choose.
We'll also talk about how to change our thinking about these boxes (if we want to) in order to deconstruct and recreate them in a way that brings us real joy and satisfaction!
Do you know an interesting midlife woman with a cool story to share on this podcast? If so, please contact andrea@thinktothrivecoaching to make the recommendation!
Coaching questions for Andrea (both life coaching and ADHD coaching) can be directed to the same email address.
