Little Red-Cap

옛날 옛적에

Once upon a time

귀여운 소녀가 있었습니다.

there was a dear little girl

그녀를 본 모든 사람들에 의해 사랑받았어요.

who was loved by every one who looked at her,

그 누구보다 그녀의 할머니가 소녀를 가장 사랑했어요.

but most of all by her grandmother,

그래서 아무 것도 없었죠.

and there was nothing

할머니가 아이에게 줄 수 없었던 것 은요

that she would not have given to the child.

한번은 할머니가 아이에게 빨간 비단 망토를 주었습니다.

Once she gave her a little cap of red velvet,

그것은 그녀에게 너무 잘 어울렸기에

which suited her so well

소녀는 그것 외에는 전혀 입지 않았습니다.

that she would never wear anything else.

그래서 그녀는 항상 작은 빨간 망토라고 불리웠어요.

So she was always called little red-cap.
