This week we had the pleasure of interviewing Rory Rackham, Lead Game Designer for GGG! He's had an impact on so many (maybe all?) aspects of Path of Exile and has been a major voice in the development of the game since PoE itself was in diapers; a true cornerstone of the company. In episode 237 we talked about the life of Rory, what led him to GGG, how the ride has been, where it's going, and snack bars! We had such a good time getting to know him, that we were surprised when the questions came to an end! Thanks, Rory for giving us your time! We had an awesome time getting to know you. I ground down the values on all of the gear

Had to buff some base types to keep it all fair

All to nerf what you could get from the best rare

Then I whipped up new life mods

That all armour could share

We dialed down some keystones, giving them all a flaw

We tweaked crafted mods and we added some more

So that's all the changes

You'll try it all out and we'll tweak it in Beta"
