Some out-source and junior workers at Ghana Bauxite Mines in Obuasi on Monday, June 17 2019 embarked on a demonstration to make their grievances known to the authorities of the organization. Various properties such as cars and offices were vandalized in the course of the demonstration.

One of these workers was interviewed on Onua FM’s Yen Sempa hosted by Bright Kwasi Asempa on the issue. He was identified as “Kwasi” for the sake of the interview.
