California Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom released a statement concerning his “outrage” over the Supreme Court’s decision to allow a ban on most abortion services in Texas, and claiming that he plans to create a similar bill against assault weapons and ghost guns. The Group of Seven (G7) nations released a statement opposing any potential Russian invasion of Ukraine, warning of “severe costs” if any attack should occur. Maryland has spent nearly $93 million to educate children who had not been attending classes.
