From 1976 to 1993 young women were disappearing along Oregon's Hwy 20. John Arthur Ackroyd, Oregon department of Transportation mechanic, seemed to always be around and knew just a little too much. Especially when it came to his step-daughter, Rachandra Pickle who has never been found.
