We discuss about most important skill that kids should start working on today that will help them transition easily to the next level. Most important skill that kids can start developing today to make sure they are prepared for the challenges that lie ahead. First season at Umass Amherst Minutemen in East hockey and the struggles of a freshman. Biggest adversity faced during the season and overcoming them. Mental routine during the game to avoid Gametime and Performance anxiety. Three to four pillars the goaltending and philosophy is based upon and their importance.
