I'm Alfonso, and I grew up in my parents Mexican Restaurants since I was a year old. I have always been surrounded by Mexican food, Margaritas, Tequila, and Cerveza. It wasn't until later that I began to really appreciate the beautiful storyline that the mystical plant of agave has in our culture. So I'm here to talk everything food, cerveza, tequila, and mezcal.
