DAY 5 – Get clear on your vision

I find it is very hard to stick to goals, and sometimes even create them when we are not connected to our vision. I know you are probably tired from yesterday… But take the podcast on a walk. Move the energy in your body. Give yourself 15 minutes on the other side to capture your authentic vision.

If you are having any trouble, I recommend listening to Heather’s guided meditation from day 1, or going through Completing the Year with Amy Alhers from the day 3 gift. Sometimes there is just too much guck, and too much outside noise to connect with our vision. That’s ok. It's practice!
