This week's episode reflects on last weeks 'slow day' idea and how difficult it really is to slow down, to relax. How can we enjoy summer if we can't even relax our minds? We talk through different ideas and tips to relax so that we can truly enjoy our days.
SHOWNOTES:
BIBLE TEXTS REFERENCED:
Psalm 46:10
He says, "Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth."
1 Peter 5:6-9
Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lionlooking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings.
Psalm 145:7
They celebrate your abundant goodness and joyfully sing of your righteousness.
